- Experience: 12–15 years.

- Preferred Industry Background: Candidates who have earlier worked with high-rise buildings, luxury villas, or other real estate projects.

- Notice Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum 30 days notice period.

- Job Brief: The person will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring cost-effective purchasing of materials, equipment, and services while maintaining quality and compliance standards. The role involves vendor management, negotiation, cost reduction strategies, and inventory planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Procurement Strategy &
- Planning

: Develop and implement procurement policies and strategies, identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality, and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.

- Vendor &

- Supplier Management

: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors, negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers, maintain solid relationships with vendors, and conduct supplier audits and performance reviews.





- Inventory &

- Cost Control

: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the warehouse team, analyze purchase trends, optimize order quantities, and implement cost-reduction initiatives without affecting quality.

- Compliance &

- Documentation

: Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and industry regulations, maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, and agreements, and work closely with the finance team for budgeting and cost approvals.

- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with production, sales, and finance teams to align procurement with business needs, and support internal stakeholders with procurement-related requirements.
