Role Overview-

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing and purchasing activities for our retail operations. The role involves vendor management, purchase planning, and ensuring timely stock availability across multiple stores.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage procurement of baby retail products and accessories. Identify and onboard recent suppliers based on quality and pricing. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Create and manage purchase orders based on demand planning. Coordinate with warehouse and store teams for stock allocation. Maintain accurate product and vendor records in the system. Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock shortages or overstocking.



Track supplier performance and ensure timely deliveries.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

8+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing. Experience in retail, apparel, or FMCG industry preferred. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Good knowledge of inventory planning and stock management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Strong communication and coordination skills.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
