Procurement & Sourcing Executive – Commercial Interiors & Experience Centres

About the Role

We are looking for a Procurement & Sourcing Executive with proven, hands-on experience specifically in Commercial Interiors / Interior Fit-Out / Design & Build projects.

This is not a general procurement position . The candidate must understand interior project requirements, BOQs, drawings, specifications, customised sourcing, vendor development, negotiation and site delivery.

STRICT INDUSTRY REQUIREMENT

Commercial Interior / Interior Fit-Out procurement experience is MANDATORY.

Candidates from other industries will NOT be considered.

Key Responsibilities

1. Interior Project Procurement

- Manage end-to-end procurement for commercial interior and experience-centre projects.
- Study BOQs, drawings, specifications and material schedules .
- Plan procurement based on project timelines and site requirements.
- Source materials, products, vendors and specialised services.
- Ensure procurement meets cost, quality and delivery requirements .

2. Interior Material Sourcing Hands-on sourcing experience is required in relevant categories such as:

- Furniture & custom furniture
- Joinery and cabinetry
- Plywood, MDF, veneer & laminates
- Flooring, tiles & carpets
- Ceiling systems
- Glass & glazing
- Doors & hardware
- Lighting
- Electrical & plumbing materials
- Paints & wall finishes
- MS / SS / aluminium fabrication
- Signage, branding & graphics
- Custom-made and specialised interior products

3. Experience Centre & Technology Sourcing Experience-centre projects involve specialised and customised requirements.

The candidate should have exposure to sourcing:

- LED screens / video walls
- Commercial displays
- Interactive displays / touchscreens
- Digital signage
- Projectors & projection systems
- Audio / AV equipment
- Interactive kiosks
- Sensors and interactive technology
- Smart lighting / control systems
- Technology-related hardware




- AV / technology integration vendors
- Specialised experience-centre installations

This is not IT procurement. We are looking for technology sourcing related to experience centres, commercial interiors, workplace, retail or design-and-build projects , not laptops, software, servers or general IT purchases. 4. Vendor Development & Negotiation

- Identify and develop reliable interior vendors, manufacturers and fabricators.
- Build a solid vendor network for commercial interior requirements.
- Obtain and compare quotations.
- Prepare comparative statements.
- Negotiate rates, payment terms, lead times and commercial conditions.
- Identify cost-effective alternatives without compromising approved design and quality.
- Develop vendors for customised and specialised requirements.

5. PO, Production & Delivery

- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders.
- Follow up on production and customised fabrication.
- Track long-lead materials.
- Coordinate dispatch and delivery to project sites.
- Resolve shortages, damages, quality issues and delays.
- Ensure materials reach site as per the project schedule.

6. Project & Site Coordination

Work closely with

- Project Managers
- Site Engineers
- Designers / Architects
- Estimation Team
- Accounts & Finance
- Technology / IT teams, where required

Coordinate procurement with site execution and ensure procurement does not become a bottleneck for project delivery. Mandatory Requirements The candidate must have:

- 3–6 years of hands-on procurement experience specifically in Commercial Interiors / Interior Fit-Out / Design & Build.
- Experience procuring materials based on BOQs, drawings and specifications .
- Strong knowledge of interior materials and suppliers.




- Experience with interior vendors, manufacturers and fabricators.
- Strong vendor development and negotiation skills.
- Experience with quotation comparison and Purchase Orders.
- Experience managing production and delivery timelines.
- Experience coordinating with project/site teams.
- Strong knowledge of the Bengaluru interior vendor market .
- Ability to independently handle multiple project procurement requirements.

Preferred Project Experience Preference will be given to candidates who have worked on:

Experience Centres | Corporate Offices | Workplace Interiors | Retail | Showrooms | Hospitality | F&B; | Commercial Fit-Outs

Experience-centre procurement experience will be a strong advantage.

We need a project-oriented procurement professional , not a general purchase executive.

The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage:

BOQ → Sourcing → RFQ → Quotation Comparison → Negotiation → Vendor Finalisation → PO → Production Follow-up → Delivery → Site Coordination The person should be commercially strong, technically aware, proactive with vendors and capable of working under project deadlines.

Education Degree / Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Construction, Interior Design or related field.

Relevant commercial interior procurement experience will be given significantly higher importance than qualification.

FINAL SCREENING CRITERION

ONLY candidates with direct, hands-on Commercial Interior / Interior Fit-Out / Design & Build procurement experience will be shortlisted.

No other industry experience will be considered.
