Role Description The Procurement Manager at REPEAT GUD is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. This role is responsible for sourcing and purchasing raw materials, packaging, and services that meet the company’s quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Daily tasks include identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely availability of ingredients and materials to support production schedules.

The Procurement

Manager will collaborate closely with operations, quality, and finance teams to maintain inventory levels, support product innovation, and uphold compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.



The role also involves monitoring market trends, optimizing procurement processes, and building long-term supplier relationships aligned with the company’s health-focused values.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Procurement skills, including experience managing purchasing cycles and vendor relationships.
- Candidates should possess Supplier Evaluation and Analytical Skills to assess supplier performance, pricing, and quality.
- Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and Contract Management skills to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with operations, quality, and finance teams.
- Candidates should possess solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple sourcing priorities and meet production timelines.
- Relevant experience in food, FMCG, or manufacturing procurement is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management tools and basic proficiency in spreadsheets or ERP systems is advantageous.
