Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Expert with 5 years of relevant experience to manage end-to-end procurement activities, vendor management, sourcing, negotiations, contract administration, and procurement compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete procurement cycle, from requirement identification and sourcing to purchase order and delivery.
- Develop and implement effective vendor sourcing and procurement strategies.
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage reliable vendors and service providers.
- Obtain and analyse quotations, conduct commercial evaluations, and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
- Prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, tenders, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with organizational policies, approval processes, and applicable regulations.
- Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules, quality, pricing, and service levels.
- Maintain proper procurement records, contracts, vendor databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Finance, Administration, Operations, Technical,



and other departments to understand requirements and ensure timely procurement.
- Monitor procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization and value improvement.
- Support contract renewals, amendments, negotiations, and vendor performance reviews.
- Prepare procurement reports, MIS, spend analysis, and management updates.
- Identify procurement risks and ensure appropriate mitigation and compliance measures.
- Stay updated on market trends, supplier capabilities, pricing, procurement practices, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of procurement, sourcing, vendor management, tendering, and contract management.
- Excellent negotiation, commercial evaluation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good understanding of procurement policies, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, procurement/ERP systems, and documentation tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, transparency, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Eligibility

- Master's Degree in Business Administration / Public Administration / Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply-chain operations.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
