Job Summary The Procurement Executive / Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for commercial interior fit-out projects. The role involves sourcing materials, evaluating vendors, negotiating prices, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely availability of materials as per project requirements. The position will coordinate closely with project, design, QS, planning, and finance teams to ensure procurement is completed within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Source and identify reliable vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers for project materials.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations based on quality, price, delivery timelines, and project specifications.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions with vendors.
- Prepare and release purchase orders in accordance with approved requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to understand material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to project sites.
- Monitor purchase orders, material availability, deliveries, and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with QS/Commercial and Finance teams for budget alignment and payment processing.
- Maintain vendor databases, quotation comparisons, purchase records,



and procurement documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative materials without compromising quality.
- Resolve procurement-related issues, including delays, quality concerns, and material shortages.
- Track market prices and stay updated on material availability and supplier trends.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with project specifications, approved budgets, and company procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications & Experience Education:-

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain Management or Procurement is an added advantage.

Experience :-

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Procurement.
- Mandatory experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects.
- Experience in sourcing and procurement of interior fit-out materials is preferred.
- Experience in vendor management, price negotiation, purchase orders, and material coordination.
- Candidates with experience in construction, interiors, architecture, or related industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
