About the Job Role The Operations & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily operational activities to ensure the timely execution of material deliveries, workforce deployment, and job site mobilizations. This role serves as a key liaison between project teams, warehouse personnel, vendors, clients, and management to maintain operational efficiency while supporting financial, administrative, and employee-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate material requirements, procurement, and resource planning based on project schedules and priorities.
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available on time and coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and project teams to prevent delays.




- Plan and oversee material deliveries, transportation, manpower allocation, and job-site mobilization to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Track deliveries, resolve scheduling or transportation issues, and maintain accurate delivery records.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, customers, and internal teams regarding procurement, deliveries, schedules, and operational requirements.
- Review timesheets, attendance, invoices, vendor bills, purchases, and operational expenses for accuracy.
- Assist with payroll coordination, budget tracking, expense reporting, and maintaining required records.
- Monitor daily operations, manpower utilization, project requirements, and outstanding activities.
- Identify operational issues and delays, coordinate corrective actions, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Coordinate employee travel, accommodation, onboarding requirements, and related administrative activities.
- Maintain the company asset register and track the allocation, movement, maintenance, and return of company assets.
- Work closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Project Management, Finance, HR, and Operations teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Support process improvements, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
- Experience working in construction, manufacturing or project-based environments is preferred.
