Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver training programs for new hires, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance procedures.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and develop targeted training solutions.
- Conduct regular assessments to measure employee performance and provide feedback to improve overall skill development.
Job Requirements :
- 4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry as a Process Trainer or similar role.
- Solid understanding of SOP creation, management, and implementation.
- Proven track record in designing effective product training programs that drive business results.
