- Develop and implement process improvements through Kaizen events, PFMEA, and Six Sigma methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and develop solutions using lean principles.
- Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems (QMS) standards by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in Process Engineering or related field in the solar industry.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, including PV testing procedures.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and TPM practices.
