Rarefiction Media is a creative and digital media company focused on content, marketing, media production, and digital business solutions.

As part of our technology initiative, we are building a Process Automation Team to identify repetitive business activities and convert them into efficient, reliable, and scalable automated workflows.

About the Role

We are looking for a Process Automation Specialist who can understand business processes, identify opportunities for automation, and build end-to-end workflows using automation platforms, APIs, AI tools, and business applications.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, JSON, CRM systems, Google Workspace, and AI integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify repetitive and time-consuming business processes suitable for automation.
- Design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows.
- Develop automation using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Integrate CRM systems, websites, forms, Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp, and other business tools.
- Work with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations.
- Automate lead capture, lead assignment, follow-ups, notifications, reporting, and data management.
- Build automated communication and internal notification systems.
- Develop AI-powered workflows for business and operational use cases.
- Connect AI tools and APIs with existing business processes.
- Monitor automation workflows and troubleshoot failures.
- Maintain workflow documentation and process maps.
- Analyze existing workflows and continuously improve their efficiency.
- Work with the MERN Stack Developer to connect automation workflows with custom applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand operational requirements.




- Ensure automation workflows are reliable, secure, and properly documented.

Required Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
- Understanding of REST APIs.
- Knowledge of webhooks and JSON.
- Experience with CRM or lead-management automation.
- Understanding of Google Workspace automation.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python.
- Logical thinking and strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to understand and map business processes.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI automation.
- Experience with OpenAI or Gemini APIs.
- Experience with WhatsApp API integrations.
- Knowledge of Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience with Google Apps Script.
- Understanding of databases and SQL/NoSQL systems.
- Experience integrating multiple business applications.
- Experience creating multi-step and conditional workflows.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidates with strong automation projects may be considered even without extensive professional experience.
- Freshers with strong practical automation knowledge and relevant projects may also apply.
