Future Healthcares Inc. is a US-based Medical Billing & Healthcare Services company with 25+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Clinical Support, and Care Management.

We are hiring Process Associates – Night Shift for our Ahmedabad office.

Position Details

? Location: Ahmedabad | On-site

? Shift: 05:30 PM – 02:30 AM

? Employment: Full-time

? Education: Bachelor’s Degree – Mandatory

? Designation : Process Associate

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, insurance companies, and relevant stakeholders.

Perform healthcare medical billing and back-office processes.

Handle claim processing, data entry, account reconciliation, and documentation review.

Identify discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.

Maintain accuracy, productivity, quality, and compliance standards.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory.





Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good understanding of basic billing, payments, or finance concepts is an advantage.

Comfortable working in a structured process-driven environment.

Willingness to work consistently in the 05:30 PM – 02:30 AM shift.

Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

Candidates currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or with education below Bachelor’s Degree are strictly not eligible.
