Job Summary

We are hiring Process Analysts for our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AR Calling / Accounts Receivable Follow-up, Medical Billing, and working knowledge of EPIC. Candidates with exposure to Hospital Billing (HB) or Physician Billing (PB) are preferred.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 1 year of AR Calling experience

Experience in Medical Billing (HB/PB)

EPIC experience is mandatory

Comfortable working in permanent night shifts

Willing to work from Bangalore office

Good communication skills
