Role & responsibilities:

- Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements for private equity funds.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports in compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.

- Assist in the preparation of investor reports and presentations.

- Maintain the general ledger and perform reconciliations for fund accounts.

- Record and review journal entries related to capital calls, distributions, investments, and expenses.

- Calculate management fees, carried interest, and other allocations. Support team members in fund accounting processes and ad-hoc reporting as needed.

- Collaborate with supervisors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

- Knowledge in fund accounting, preferably in private equity or a related financial services field.

- Robust knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and private equity fund structures. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
