Role Description The Principal will provide academic and administrative leadership for the institution, ensuring that teaching, learning, and student support meet high-quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising faculty and staff, overseeing curriculum implementation, monitoring academic performance, and fostering a protected, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. The role involves working closely with students, families, and internal teams to align school practices with K2 Learning’s mission of career-focused education and mentorship.

The Principal will manage operations such as scheduling, budget oversight, compliance with regulatory requirements,



and coordination of career events and counseling initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru East.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people-management skills, with experience guiding academic teams and fostering collaboration.
- Expertise in school administration, including policy implementation, academic planning, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to build student-centric programs that integrate career guidance, mentorship, and holistic development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, educators, and external partners.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making within an educational context.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Education, School Administration, or a related field; prior experience as Principal, Vice-Principal, or senior academic coordinator is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with contemporary pedagogical approaches, assessment methods, and the Indian education landscape, particularly in Bengaluru.
