The Cloud domain refers to the area within Information Technology that focuses on the delivery of computing services—such as servers, storage, databases, networking, software, analytics, and intelligence—provided as a service. Examples are AWS, GCS, and Azure. The implementation could be a Private, Public, or Hybrid cloud and the scope includes platform management, security, networking, storage, and enabling

DevOps to support the consuming domains (Applications, AI, Data, etc.). What you’ll do:

Lead design, implement, and manage large-scale cloud infrastructure, including Kubernetes platforms on Azure and other public cloud providers.

Ensure scalability, security, and resilience

Partner closely with Cybersecurity and enterprise architects to define cloud best practices. Shape and promote cloud architecture that aligns with business goals and industry standards.

Serve as a technical mentor to the engineering team, providing guidance on best practices, design patterns, and emerging technologies in cloud computing and DevOps.

Spearhead initiatives to automate infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies. Champion innovation by adopting and implementing cutting-edge cloud technologies.

Oversee the lifecycle of cloud solutions and platforms, ensuring they remain updated and aligned with industry standards and organizational requirements.

Effectively communicate product strategy, technical changes, and cloud platform roadmaps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Monitor cloud systems for availability, performance, and cost efficiency. Implement strategies to optimize resource usage, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve cloud environments.

Diagnose and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues. Provide expert support and conduct root cause analysis to address critical incidents, taking preventive actions to avoid future occurrences.

Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, supporting business-critical applications and systems. All you’ll need for success:

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/trainin 9+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training Airline Industry experience Skills, Licenses & Certifications:





Technical expertise in the following technologies: Programming Languages: Java, Python, C#, Javascript/Typescript, Golang Frameworks: Spring/SpringBoot, FastAPI Front End Technologies: Angular/React Deployment Technologies: Kubernetes, Docker Source Control: GitHub, Azure DevOps CICD: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Data management: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis Integration/APIs Technologies: Kafka, REST, GraphQL Infrastructure as code: Terraform, YAML

GitOps: Argo CD, Fleet Container orchestration: Kubernetes

Cloud networking and security in Azure and AWS

Experience with DevOps Toolchain methodologies, including CI/CD and GitOps, and the ability to drive continuous improvement through automation and operational excellence. Ability to optimize solutions for security, performance, resiliency, reliability and cost efficiency.

Exceptional ability to convey complex ideas verbally, in writing, in code, and through technical documentation and diagrams.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM, to lead and participate in cross-functional project teams.

Skilled in mentoring and guiding junior engineers to enhance their technical skills and qualified growth. Language, Communication Skills, & Physical Abilities:
