Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee design development from concept through execution. cityjobs.info

- Review and approve architectural plans, drawings, and specifications. cityjobs.info

- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless project delivery. cityjobs.info
- co-ordinat with BIM team

- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. cityjobs.info

- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards. cityjobs.info

- Resolve complex technical and design issues. interviewprep.org

- Mentor junior architects and guide design teams. cityjobs.info

- Participate in business development, client acquisition, and strategic firm direction. cityjobs.info+1

- Represent the firm to clients and regulatory bodies, presenting design proposals and decisions.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
