PMO - Principal Analyst (Operations) | Bengaluru

We are looking for a detail-oriented PMO professional with 3-5 years of experience in project governance, KPI reporting, operational excellence, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track and report team performance against KPIs and targets.
- Conduct quality checks and audits of process documentation.
- Prepare governance reports and dashboards for leadership reviews.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Support operational excellence, process improvement, and compliance initiatives.
