Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Technical Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, administration, and optimization of Oracle Primavera P6 solutions for large-scale EPC, Construction, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, and Industrial projects.Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and administer Oracle Primavera P6 Professional and P6 EPPM environments.
- Design and maintain EPS, OBS, WBS structures, project templates, calendars, layouts, and activity codes.
- Manage user administration, security profiles, roles, and access controls.
- Create and maintain project schedules, baselines, milestones, and progress measurement systems.
- Perform schedule analysis, float path analysis, critical path analysis, and risk assessment.
- Configure global and enterprise-level standards, coding structures, and reporting frameworks.
- Support resource loading, resource leveling, cost loading, and earned value management activities.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and project control metrics for management reporting.
- Integrate Primavera P6 with ERP, Oracle Aconex, and other project management systems where required.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training for business users.
- Participate in Primavera implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, planners, contractors, and PMO teams to ensure effective project governance.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 Professional and P6 EPPM.




- Strong understanding of project scheduling methodologies.
- Knowledge of EPS, OBS, WBS, Activity Codes, Calendars, and Global Change.
- Experience in Resource Management, Cost Management, and Forecasting.
- Understanding of Risk Management and Schedule Analysis concepts.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

The candidate will be responsible for configuring business processes, cost controls, workflow automation, integrations, and reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities

- Configure and implement Oracle Primavera Unifier based on business requirements.
- Design and develop Business Processes (BP), Forms, Workflows, and Data Elements.
- Configure Cost Management modules including Budget, Commitment,



Change Management, Payment Applications, and Forecasting.
- Create and manage Project Shells, Company Workspace, User Security, Roles, and Permissions.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and executive-level project status reports.
- Configure Document Management and Collaboration functionalities.
- Perform system administration, troubleshooting, and application support.
- Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Knowledge of Web Services, Integrations, and Data Migration.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
