Position: PRESCHOOL TEACHER

We are looking for a qualified & experienced Preschool Teacher to prepare small children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education. You will teach them important elements that they will encounter soon after they enter school life.

A Childcare teacher must have a excellent love and patience for children. Qualifications needed to teach them effectively include knowledge of best practices and preschool educational methods as well as the ability to engage them and earn their trust and attention.

The goal is to contribute to the healthy mental and emotional development of the child so they can more easily acclimate in the next level of education.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Curriculum development:

1. Create, develop and implement a creative program/syllabus or curriculum that helps and suitable for the children to develop academically, socially, and physically etc.,

· Teaching:

1. Employ a variety of educational techniques such as storytelling, educational play, media, games, songs/rhymes etc.) to teach children
2. Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers, colors, do crafts etc.,)

· Classroom management:

1. Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and ensure the safety standards.

- Establish and enforce rules of behavior for children in their classrooms/playing area.




- Maintain inventory system for classroom materials and supplies.

· Behavior management:

1. Help children learn how to be students, including patience, taking turns, sharing, following directions, and waiting etc.,

· Communication:

1. Communicate with children to help them understand new concepts.
2. Communicate with parents regularly to update them on their child's progress, to understand the children’s background and resolve conflicts.

· Observation:

1. Observe children to help them improve their social skills, competencies and build self-esteem.

· Assessment:

1. Track and assess children’s progress and developmental stages, record their learning progress and report to Principal/Director and parents.

· Planning & Organize:

1. Organize nap and snack hours and also supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times.
2. Support the management to plan field trips, including selecting age-appropriate purposes, coordinating with the venue, and ensuring transportation etc.,
3. Assist Care givers/Nannies to feed lunch to the children.

· Collaboration:

1. Collaborate with other teachers/ educators and Care givers/Nannies.

· Mediation:

1. Act as a mediator during conflicts and Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments.

Reports to - Principal/Correspondent/Director Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu
