Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Saturday: Alternate Saturdays off

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month

Location: Doddabanhalli - Bangalore

Role Overview

We are looking for a warm, responsible, energetic and dedicated Preschool Teacher / Superma’am who can provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. The candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting age-appropriate learning experiences, managing the classroom, maintaining children's records, communicating effectively with parents and working collaboratively with the centre team.

1. Teaching & Curriculum

· Plan and conduct developmentally appropriate lessons and activities.

· Implement play-based, hands-on and activity-based learning.

· Create an engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active participation.

· Support children's early learning, school readiness and overall development.

· Prepare and maintain classroom resources and learning materials.

2. Classroom Management

· Maintain an organised, clean, protected and child-friendly classroom.

· Establish and follow appropriate daily routines and schedules.

· Manage children's behaviour using positive and age-appropriate strategies.

· Encourage sharing, cooperation, independence and social skills.

· Ensure that every child receives individual attention and care.

3. Child Observation & Documentation

· Observe children's learning,



behaviour and developmental progress.

· Maintain accurate child observations and classroom documentation.

· Record children's achievements, participation and areas requiring support.

· Share relevant observations and updates with the Centre Head.

4. Parent Communication

· Build positive and professional relationships with parents.

· Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's daily experiences and progress.

· Address parent queries in a polite and appropriate manner.

· Participate in parent meetings, events and centre activities.

· Maintain confidentiality regarding children and families.

5. Child Safety & Well-being

· Ensure the safety, security and well-being of every child at all times.

· Follow all centre health, hygiene and safety procedures.

· Be alert to children's physical and emotional needs.

· Follow emergency and evacuation procedures.

· Provide basic first aid when required and immediately report incidents to the Centre Head.

6. Centre Responsibilities

· Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development sessions.

· Support centre events, celebrations, and special activities.





· Maintain classroom materials and resources responsibly.

· Coordinate with fellow teachers and support staff.

· Follow all centre policies, procedures, and guidelines.

· Contribute towards creating a positive, respectful, and welcoming centre environment.

Candidate Profile

· Graduate or have a relevant teacher-training qualification.

· Minimum age: 19 years.

· Fluent in English.

· Comfortable reading and understanding activity plans and instructions.

· Able to write clear and meaningful child observations.

· Confident in communicating with parents and children.

· Warm, patient, caring and approachable.

· Energetic and comfortable working with young children.

· Responsible, punctual and well-organised.

· Willing to learn and participate in training and professional development.

Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
