Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Presales Manager with 57 years of expertise in ICT projects, CCTV & Surveillance Systems, Telecom Projects and Government/Railway tenders. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical knowledge, experience in presenting solutions to the customer, preparing techno-commercial proposals, solution design, and handling Pre-bid meetings. The role requires close coordination with OEMs, sales teams, and customers to deliver winning bid solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Presales

- Understand customer requirements and design end-to-end ICT solutions.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BoM), Bill of Quantities (BoQ), technical compliance, and solution architecture.
- Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).

Tender Management

- Analyze tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, and GeM bids.
- Identify potential OEMs for the bids.
- Prepare technical compliance statements and deviation matrices with discussions with OEMs.
- Preparation of Technical Write-ups
- Ensure complete documentation as per tender requirements.




- Participate in pre-bid meetings and technical discussions.

Proposal Management

- Prepare techno-commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance for pricing sheets
- Ensure timely submission of proposals.

Customer Engagement

- Meet government departments, consultants, SI partners, and enterprise customers.
- Understand project requirements and recommend optimal solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and solution workshops.

Cross-functional Coordination

- Work closely with:

Qualifications
