Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and handle inbound calls to customers and provide relevant information.
- Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets within the given timeline.
- Valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge are preferred.
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate. Experience: 2–4 years. Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge are preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
