PPRT Coordinator

Position: PPRT Coordinator

Department: Academics – Pre-Primary & Primary

Reports To: Principal / Head of School

Location:Kalwa,Thane West,Mumbai.

Experience: 5–8 years, with at least 2 years in a coordination/leadership role

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate the academic functioning of the Pre-Primary and Primary sections.
- Support teachers in lesson planning, classroom practices, assessment and documentation.
- Ensure effective implementation of the school curriculum and pedagogical practices.
- Mentor, guide and monitor teachers to enhance teaching-learning outcomes.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Plan and coordinate academic events, activities, projects and celebrations.
- Monitor student progress and work closely with teachers to address learning needs.
- Promote experiential, activity-based and child-centred learning.




- Coordinate with parents regarding student progress and academic matters.
- Maintain academic records, reports and other required documentation.
- Organise teacher meetings, training sessions and professional development activities.
- Work collaboratively with the Principal and leadership team for academic planning and school improvement.
- Ensure adherence to school policies, safety standards and child-protection practices.

Qualification: B.Ed./D.El.Ed. or equivalent qualification. A Master's degree in Education/related field will be an advantage.
