We are looking for an experienced ???????? ????????? ??? ??????? ???????????? to support sales teams in pursuing new opportunities and delivery teams in solutioning and assurance of ongoing projects / deliveries. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in presales, solution consulting, proposal preparation, client engagement, bid management, digital applications, project coordination, strategic solutioning, and stakeholder management. ?️ ??? ????????????????

✅ Prepare comprehensive and professional proposal responses

✅ Understand requirements, architecture solutions, estimations, plan on a page, delivery methodology, team structure, and RAID items

✅ Support sales teams in sales efforts and develop opportunities for application services in the digital applications area

✅ Deliver capability presentations to clients in digital applications areas

✅ Lead high-level discovery sessions with client teams to elicit requirements

✅ Gather sufficient details to prepare high-level proposal responses

✅ Review RFQs / RFPs and prepare question logs

✅ Attend client Q&A; sessions to gather proposal-related information

✅ Coordinate with in-house practice teams to understand offerings, case studies, and global engagements

✅ Liaise with partners to assess products, capabilities, and offerings

✅ Form joint Go-To-Market plans and manage partners in responding to opportunities

✅ Work with finance teams and contribute to the commercial model

✅ Work with resourcing and fulfilment teams to understand market trends and contribute to the resourcing model

✅ Manage bid management activities





✅ Handle leadership responsibilities, project coordination, and strategic role elements ? ???????? ?????? & ??????????

✔️ 15+ years of overall experience

✔️ Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience as Presales Solution Consultant in the digital applications area

✔️ Minimum 8 years of experience in presales responding to informal client requests, RFQs, and RFPs

✔️ Experience across development, testing, operations support, and managed services requirements

✔️ Solid experience in writing responses, managing and leading presales engagements

✔️ Experience directly engaging with clients and removing ambiguities in requirements

✔️ Ability to break down large requirements into smaller functional / technical components

✔️ Ability to simplify solutions while balancing cost and effort considerations

✔️ Experience leading and driving discussions, meetings, and client calls

✔️ Strong experience in building client relationships and providing prompt responses

✔️ Experience engaging with stakeholders across all levels including developers, business analysts, architects, directors, and CxOs

✔️ Very strong written communication skills for professional proposal responses

✔️ Very strong verbal communication skills for presentations and client communication

✔️ Very strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word ⭐ ????????? ??????

✔️ Relevant certifications will be desirable

✔️ Strong self-organization and proactive approach

✔️ Ability to multitask across multiple clients

✔️ Strong professional communication skills

✔️ Strong bid management and proposal ownership experience
