Role Description The Premium Acquisition Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal, responsible for acquiring and growing relationships with premium banking customers. The role involves identifying high-value prospects, presenting suitable banking and investment products, and ensuring a superior customer experience throughout the onboarding and servicing journey.

The Premium Acquisition

Manager will collaborate with branch teams and product specialists to deliver customized solutions, achieve sales and revenue targets, and maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Daily activities include customer meetings,



portfolio reviews, market outreach, and tracking performance metrics to support sustainable business growth in the premium segment.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in customer relationship management, consultative selling, and premium client servicing.
- Experience in retail banking, wealth management, or financial services, with exposure to liability and asset products.
- Ability to analyze customer needs, propose suitable financial solutions, and manage portfolios for high-net-worth and emerging affluent clients.
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation, with the ability to engage diverse customer profiles.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, banking systems, and basic MS Office applications for reporting and tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, wealth management) are an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a bank or financial institution and adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site, customer-facing environment in Bhopal.
