- Lead and manage the Precast detailing team (1020 members).
- Plan, allocate, and monitor project resources and deliverables.
- Develop and review precast models and shop drawings using Tekla Structures.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct quality reviews and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Resolve technical issues and mentor team members.
- Participate in client meetings and provide regular project updates. Mandatory Skills
- Tekla Structures Mandatory
- 812 years of experience in Precast detailing/modeling.
- Experience in team handling, project planning, and resource management.
- Robust client coordination and communication skills.
- Good understanding of precast detailing, shop drawings, and BIM workflows.
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Preferred: Experience working on international precast projects.
