Role Description This is a full time, on-site Precast Revit Modeller role based in Pune City.

The Precast Revit

Modeller will create and manage detailed Revit models for precast elements, ensuring accurate representation of structural components and compliance with project standards. Daily responsibilities include developing production drawings and shop drawings, coordinating with engineering and project teams, and updating models based on design changes and stakeholder feedback.



The role involves using BIM workflows to detect clashes, maintain drawing and model quality, and support digital coordination across disciplines.

The Precast Revit

Modeller will also contribute to process improvement, documentation standards, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for precast modelling, including creation of parametric families and detailed 3D models.
- Experience with precast detailing, production drawings, and reinforcement detailing for structural elements.
- Working knowledge of BIM processes, clash detection, and digital coordination using common data environments or related platforms.
- Understanding of structural and precast construction principles, industry standards, and fabrication/erection workflows.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with engineers, project managers, and external stakeholders.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; precast or BIM-specific training is an advantage.
- Prior experience in precast or structural modelling projects is preferred; exposure to international projects is a plus.
