Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Tekla Precast Modeler with strong expertise in Tekla Structures and precast concrete projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on LOD 300500 models and be proficient in developing accurate 3D models, reinforcement detailing, shop drawings, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, and hardware drawings while ensuring compliance with project specifications, BIM standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop accurate 3D precast concrete models using Tekla Structures.
- Prepare LOD 300500 models in accordance with project and client standards.
- Create shop drawings, GA drawings, assembly drawings, cast unit drawings, and hardware drawings.
- Perform rebar detailing for precast concrete elements.




- Generate fabrication and erection drawings for precast components.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, BIM coordinators, and project teams to resolve clashes and design issues.
- Ensure all models and drawings comply with project specifications, quality standards, and BIM execution plans.
- Update models and drawings based on design revisions and client comments.
- Participate in internal quality checks and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Meet project schedules while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.

Requirements:

- 3-8 years of experience in Tekla Structures with a focus on precast concrete projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in Tekla Structures.
- Experience working on LOD 300500 projects.
- Expertise in 3D modeling, rebar detailing, shop drawings, GA drawings, and hardware drawings.
- Good understanding of precast construction methodologies and structural detailing.
- Familiarity with international project standards and BIM workflows.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and engineering specifications.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative setting.
