About the Role

Edify School, Kadapa is looking for an experienced and passionate Pre-Primary Coordinator to lead and coordinate the academic and operational activities of the Pre-Primary section.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Early Childhood Education and experience in managing pre-primary classrooms, supporting teachers, planning age-appropriate learning activities, and maintaining high academic standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the day-to-day academic activities of the Pre-Primary section.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate, activity-based and experiential learning programs.
- Monitor lesson plans, classroom practices and student learning outcomes.
- Guide, mentor and support Pre-Primary teachers in effective teaching methodologies.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Ensure effective implementation of the school's curriculum and academic plans.
- Develop and monitor lesson plans, worksheets, activities and teaching resources.
- Promote play-based, hands-on and child-centric learning approaches.
- Monitor students' academic, social, emotional and overall developmental progress.
- Coordinate assessments and maintain appropriate student records.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Organize celebrations, events,



activities and special programs for the Pre-Primary section.
- Maintain a safe, positive, engaging and child-friendly learning environment.
- Coordinate with the Principal and academic team for smooth functioning of the section.
- Support teacher training, professional development and academic initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to school policies, procedures and quality standards.

- Candidate Requirements:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Pre-Primary teaching/coordination or Early Childhood Education.
- Qualification in Pre-Primary Education / Early Childhood Education / ECCE / Montessori / NTT or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate pedagogy.
- Experience in curriculum planning and teacher mentoring.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate a team of Pre-Primary teachers.
- Passion for working with young children and creating engaging learning experiences.
- Good organizational and classroom management skills.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh.
