- Reggio Emilia / Reggio-inspired schools
- IB PYP / IB Early Years programmes
- Inquiry-based and play-based learning
- Child-led and emergent curriculum
- Observation and pedagogical documentation
- Learning through the “Hundred Languages”
- Designing meaningful learning environments and provocations
- Strong understanding of early childhood development
- Parent engagement and team-oriented learning
- Mentoring and working as part of a reflective teaching team

Who we are looking for:

An educator who sees children as capable, curious and confident learners — and believes that the role of an educator is to observe, listen,



facilitate and create opportunities for children to construct their own understanding.

Experience in IB PYP, international schools or established Reggio Emilia-inspired settings will be highly preferred.
