Role: PhonePe is hiring a Public Relations Manager to drive and shape the company’s external communications narrative. This role calls for a sharp writer and confident communicator with hands-on experience across both corporate and agency environments. Experience leading external communications for a startup will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

- Work closely with the PR head and the other business stakeholders to close PR calendar
- Independently conceptualize and plan PR campaigns, analyze results and suggest improvements
- Ensure end-to-end execution of the campaigns and announcements
- Manage and track the output of the external agencies
- Built strong cross-functional relationships both with internal and external stakeholders
- Be an advisor to the leadership team and internal stakeholders on the right messaging,



forums and channels to use
- Create compelling stories using long form and various digital formats of writing.

Pre-requisites:

- A postgraduate degree or diploma in communications
- Minimum 6-7 years’ experience in a corporate communications / public relations role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of the media landscape
- Ability to identify and work with external partners and agencies
- Should be able to multitask seamlessly and manage multiple projects
- Positive organizational and time-management skills
- Must be a team player who is eager to learn and grow.
