Hiring: Senior PPC Manager | Google Ads

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior PPC Manager to own and scale our B2B paid acquisition initiatives, with a strong focus on Google Ads.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Google Search, Display & Remarketing campaigns
- Audit campaigns, keywords, match types, bidding and budgets
- Drive high-quality B2B leads while reducing wasted spend
- Optimize search terms, negative keywords, ad copy and landing pages
- Manage GA4, GTM and Google Ads conversion tracking
- Implement offline conversion tracking and CRM attribution
- Track CPL, CPQL, opportunities, pipeline and ROAS
- Work with Sales, Content, Design and Development teams to improve conversion rates

? What We're Looking For
- 6–15 years of hands-on Google Ads/PPC experience
- Strong B2B lead-generation background




- Experience in IT Services, SaaS, Software or Consulting
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, GTM, CRO and conversion tracking
- Experience with CRM integration and offline conversions
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- International B2B experience (US/UK/Europe/Australia) is a plus
