We are looking for a skilled PPC Engineer to join our Transmission Line Tower (TLT) Manufacturing Unit. The candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling production activities to ensure timely completion of tower fabrication as per production targets, customer requirements, engineering specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans for TLT fabrication activities.

- Plan and monitor production processes including cutting, punching, shearing, bending, drilling, forming, galvanizing, and dispatch.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Purchase, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments for smooth production flow.

- Monitor production progress against planned targets and identify delays or bottlenecks.

- Ensure availability of required raw materials such as MS angles, plates, bolts, and other fabrication materials as per production schedules.

- Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) at different stages of tower manufacturing.

- Prepare production schedules and work orders based on project/customer requirements.

- Track material consumption, production output, rejection, rework, and pending quantities.

- Coordinate with the shop floor to ensure optimum utilization of manpower and machinery.

- Follow up on pending production activities and take corrective actions to meet delivery schedules.





- Coordinate with the Quality Department to ensure production is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.

- Coordinate with the Galvanizing and Dispatch teams for timely completion and delivery of finished tower components.

- Prepare and maintain daily production reports, PPC reports, MIS, and other production-related documentation.

- Analyze production performance and provide regular updates to management.

- Ensure proper production planning based on customer delivery schedules and project priorities.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

- 2–5 years of experience in PPC/Production Planning, preferably in TLT, steel fabrication, or a similar manufacturing industry.

- Knowledge of Transmission Line Tower fabrication processes will be an added advantage.

- Good knowledge of production planning, material planning, WIP monitoring, and inventory control.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/MRP software.

- Strong coordination, analytical, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively with production and shop-floor teams.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
