Role Overview:

- We are looking for a Power Platform Technical Lead / Expert with strong hands-on and architectural experience across the Microsoft Power Platform, AI, enterprise integration, and analytics.

- The candidate will lead the design and delivery of scalable low-code/no-code and AI-powered solutions across global business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the technical architecture, design and delivery of enterprise Power Platform solutions.

- Lead development using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio and Dataverse.

- Design scalable, secure and reusable low-code/no-code solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

- Build AI-powered copilots, agents and automation using Copilot Studio and Generative AI capabilities.

- Design Power BI reports, semantic models and analytics solutions with a strong focus on performance and governance.

- Define integration patterns between Power Platform and enterprise systems including SAP, Snowflake, APIs and other data platforms.

- Establish Power Platform governance, security, ALM, deployment and development best practices.

- Provide technical leadership, mentor developers and drive architecture/design reviews.

- Identify opportunities to simplify processes through automation, analytics and AI.

Technical Expertise Must Have Skills:

- 10–15 years of IT experience with significant Power Platform experience

- Expert: Power Apps – Canvas &
- Model-driven Apps

- Expert: Power Automate

- Expert: Power BI

- Expert: Copilot Studio

- Expert: Dataverse

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Low-Code/No-Code architecture

- Strong API,



integration and enterprise application architecture skills

- Experience with Power Platform security, environments, governance, and ALM

- Strong understanding of Generative AI, AI agents, and intelligent automation

Technical Expertise Good to Have Skills:

- Microsoft Power Platform certifications

- Azure integration technologies and Microsoft Fabric

- Snowflake and enterprise data platforms

- CI/CD and DevOps for Power Platform

Domain Experience

- Strong understanding of Global Supply Chain processes, such as:

- Demand &
- Supply Planning

- Production &

- Capacity Planning

- Inventory Management

- Procurement &

- Logistics

- S&OP; / IBP

- New Product Introduction (NPI)

- Strong SAP data and integration knowledge, preferably SAP S/4HANA, APO/IBP, PP/MM or related supply chain solutions.

Leadership &

- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.

- Comfortable operating at both strategic/architecture and hands-on development levels.

- Experience working with globally distributed teams and mentoring technical resources.
