Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Power Electronics

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech in Power Electronics.
- Candidates with a strong academic background and interest in core electronics will be preferred.

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Power Electronics to join our engineering team at Rajpura / Mohali.

The candidate should have good knowledge of electronics and basic power-electronics concepts, along with a willingness to learn and work on practical electronic systems, testing, troubleshooting, and engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers in power-electronics testing, development, and troubleshooting.
- Understand and work with electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, MOSFETs, IGBTs, relays, transformers, and other power components.
- Perform basic testing and measurements using multimeter, DC power supply, oscilloscope, and other electronic test equipment.
- Assist in identifying and troubleshooting electronic and power-circuit issues.
- Read and understand basic circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Support engineers in PCB testing, assembly, debugging, and validation activities.
- Assist in testing of power supplies, converters, inverters, and other power-electronic systems.
- Maintain testing records, reports, and technical documentation.




- Support production and engineering teams in resolving technical issues.
- Follow defined SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Learn and develop practical knowledge of power-electronics products and systems.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of basic electronics and electrical circuits.
- Basic understanding of power electronics and electronic components.
- Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of analog and digital electronics will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MOSFET, IGBT, diode, rectifier, SMPS, inverter, and converter circuits will be preferred.
- Good learning attitude and willingness to work in a technical environment.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Fresher or candidate with 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- Diploma / B.Tech in Power Electronics.
- Candidates having strong practical knowledge of electronics and a genuine interest in Power Electronics / R&D; / Testing will be preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable working at Rajpura or Mohali.
