Responsibilities

- Translate business needs to technical specifications.

- Design, build and deploy BI solutions with Power BI as primary BI skill.

- Maintain and support data analytics platforms with Power BI.

- Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot.

- Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses.

- Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.

- Evaluate and improve existing BI systems.

- Collaborate with teams to integrate systems.

- Develop and update technical documentation.

- Understand any BI-level SLAs and take care of BI performance tuning.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related stream.

- Candidate with 6-7 years of relevant experience.

- Should possess valuable understanding of data-warehousing concepts.

- Should have worked on databases like SQL, SAP, Mongo Db, Oracle RDBS etc.





- Experience in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI Qlik (QlikView/Qlik sense), both at scripting front-end visualization level.

- Hands-on experience with at least 6 projects on BI tools. Also, have experience in working on server side for these tools.

- Good experience in designing custom dashboards, reports Ad-hoc reporting.

- Should possess good domain knowledge like finance, profitability, Retail Hospitality.

- Knowledge of AWS is an added advantage.

- Experience in requirement gathering process creation of technical design document.

- Experience on ETL (Logic transformation of data) layer.
