As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled Pouch Packing Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad

Job Summary The Pouch Packing Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the pouch packing machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production The ideal candidate should have technical expertise in machine operations and packaging processes within the cosmetics, skincare, or oral care industry

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor pouch packing machines to ensure smooth functioning and optimal productivity

Set up machines, adjust parameters, and conduct routine maintenance to minimize downtime

Ensure accurate filling, sealing, and packaging of skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products as per quality standards

Inspect products for quality control, ensuring packaging integrity and compliance with company standards

Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues related to the packing machine

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the working area following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company policies

Document production output, machine performance, and any maintenance activities

Collaborate with the production team and supervisors to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

Hard Skills:

Proficiency in operating pouch packing machines (form-fill-seal, vacuum sealing, or similar)

Knowledge of packaging materials, machine calibration,



and troubleshooting

Experience with quality control procedures in manufacturing

Understanding of GMP and industry hygiene standards

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace with minimal supervision

Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills

Proactive approach to machine maintenance and operational efficiency

Education & Experience

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field preferred

Minimum 2-5 years of experience operating pouch packing machines in the cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG industry

Experience in a GMP-certified manufacturing environment is an advantage
