The organization operates across four strategic segments — Health, Tax & Accounting, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Legal & Regulatory — and is known for combining deep domain expertise with technology to help professionals make critical decisions with confidence. supporting data-driven decision-making across the business.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to join the IT PMO team on a full-time contract basis. In this role, you'll design and build complex, high-impact Power BI reports and dashboards that give executives real-time visibility into business performance. You'll work closely with stakeholders across teams to gather requirements and translate them into clean, insightful visualizations.

You'll also integrate Power BI with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and other work management tools to centralize reporting. This is a great fit for someone who combines strong technical Power BI skills with an eye for UI/UX and a knack for turning raw data into decision-ready insights.

Responsibilities

- Develop complex Power BI reports and dashboards
- Interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements
- Enable executives to view real-time data insights
- Integrate Power BI with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and other work management tools

Must-Have Skills

- Fluency in Power BI (DAX, features, functionality, modeling, etc.)
- Experience with JIRA
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Strong SQL skills
- Superior UI skills to build dashboards
- Ability to build dashboards that effectively capture and represent data




- Ability to understand and work with project KPIs
- Strong attention to detail
- Language Requirement: English-Advanced

Conditions

- Remote role (candidates must be based in India). Time Zone / Overlap: 5+ hours of overlap with ET (UTC-5) each working day
- Full-time contractor role (not direct employment)
- Weekly Commitment: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day)
- Contract Length: 6 months, renewable
- BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) required
