The Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to drive growth in our top 30 poultry accounts. This is an opportunity to lead key relationships, manage a high-value portfolio, and influence India’s poultry feed and pharma landscape.

What You’ll Do:

· Lead and grow strategic poultry accounts focusing on feed additives, nutrition, and pharmaceutical products.

· Develop and execute innovative sales and techno-commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

· Build strong partnerships with poultry consultants, nutritionists, veterinarians, and farm decision-makers.

· Drive portfolio performance, ensuring disciplined,



professional, and profit-focused operations.

· Collaborate across functions and with industry experts to identify growth opportunities and expand business in key territories.

What We’re Looking For:

· Proven experience in poultry feed additives, nutrition, or pharma sales/marketing.

· Strong relationship-building skills with integrators, consultants, and industry stakeholders.

· Track record of leading top accounts and achieving revenue targets.

· Strategic thinker with business acumen, analytical skills, and leadership experience.
