What You Will Do1.

Inquiry

Coordination &

- Administrative Support

- Coordinate planning, scheduling, and calendaring for new and ongoing PRSH cases

- Manage meetings, follow-ups, and stakeholder alignment

- Support all administrative activities to ensure smooth and timely case management

- Provide support in the planning, coordination, and execution of Young Talent Programs.

2. Data Analysis &

- Leadership Reporting

- Assist in data collation and basic analysis of PRSH cases

- Create visually impactful presentations (PPTs) in collaboration with the PRSH lead

- Support preparation of reports for CEO, CHRO and Board-level presentations

3. Awareness &

- Creative Campaigns (Exciting Exposure)

- Contribute to Desired Behaviour Awareness initiatives

- Support development of creative content (posters, emailers, short campaign ideas)

- Assist in designing simple, relatable, and Gen Z-friendly communication

- Work on Do’s &
- Don’ts”, scenario-based messaging, and behaviour-driven campaigns

Engagement

Projects (High Visibility Exposure)

- Support employee engagement initiatives related to workplace culture and safety

- Assist in planning and executing awareness drives, sessions, and internal campaigns

- Coordinate for on-ground and virtual engagement activities across locations

- Track participation, collect feedback,



and support impact reporting

- Contribute ideas to make campaigns interactive, relatable, and high-impact

What We Are Looking For

- Strong skills in MS PowerPoint (creative, structured, and impactful presentations)

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (trackers, basic data handling)

- Strong coordination and organizational skills

- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information responsibly

- Creative mindset with interest in communication/design/awareness campaigns

- Good communication skills and eagerness to learn

- Very positive collaboration skills to ensure smooth coordination and effective execution
