Role Description The Political Researcher and Social Media Professional is a full-time/Hybrid, role based in Noida. The role involves conducting political, media, and market research to support strategic communication and campaign planning, including tracking news, policy developments, and public sentiment. The qualified will analyze data, prepare reports, briefs, and presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to develop insight-driven strategies.

Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and managing social media content, monitoring digital conversations, optimizing engagement,



and supporting online reputation management for political and corporate clients. The role also includes coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of research outputs, and contributing to the development of communication narratives and campaign materials.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Media Research and Market Research skills.
- Candidates should possess robust Research and Analytical Skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal abilities.
- Candidates should have proficiency in social media management, content creation, and basic digital analytics.
