Shifts - 3 pm - 12 am

Job Summary The Enablement Services Team (EST) Analyst is responsible for providing operational, governance, and administrative project support services across a portfolio of projects, enabling Project Managers and Program Managers to focus on delivery execution, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making. The role supports demand forecasting & updates, project launch & setup, meeting coordination, artifact management, change control administration, project reporting, and project closure activities while ensuring compliance with PMO standards, governance processes, and organizational methodologies. EST serves as a key operational partner, driving consistency, data accuracy, process efficiency, and portfolio-level execution excellence across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Perform SOP based Demand forecasting and Resource Planning support activities
- Support project setup, launch, and onboarding activities.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings and maintain action trackers.
- Track project artifacts, approvals, and governance deliverables.
- Support Change Control preparation, submission, and tracking.
- Maintain project documentation, repositories, and operational trackers.
- Support project financial, demand, and resource management activities.
- Assist with project closure and governance compliance activities.
- Partner with PMs/PgMs and stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to PMO processes, standards, and organizational methodologies.
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
