Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Plumbing Architect / Design Engineer with experience in healthcare projects. The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing plumbing systems in hospitals, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, safety norms, and productive water management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, sewage, and stormwater systems for healthcare facilities.
- Plan and design specialized systems such as medical gas pipelines, RO water systems, and HVAC drainage (if applicable).
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD/Revit.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, NBC standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and project teams.
- Review BOQs, specifications, and vendor drawings.
- Conduct site visits to ensure execution aligns with design.
- Optimize systems for water efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.




- Troubleshoot design-related issues during project execution.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 3–8 years of experience in plumbing design, preferably in hospitals or healthcare infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
- Experience in handling large-scale healthcare or commercial projects.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in hospital projects (NABH/JCI standards knowledge is a plus).
- Understanding of medical gas systems and infection control practices.
- Good coordination and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
