Job Overview:

Assists with the design/development of software solutions requiring general domain knowledge and limited business expertise. Troubleshoots code issues and continuously evolves IQVIA's platforms to meet user requirements/needs.

Job Responsibility:

- Designing and modifying database schemas based on functional requirements.
- Supporting the service layer team by developing SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
- Reviewing application SQL performance and assisting with query optimisation or suggesting new indexes.
- Assist with Data structure for bulk data loading activities.
- Maintaining data archival routines.
- Creating data sources for reporting.
- Managing version control for database objects.




- Assists with the design/development of software solutions requiring general domain knowledge and limited business expertise.
- Works at backend database development.
- Troubleshoots code issues and continuously evolves IQVIA's platforms to meet user requirements/needs.
- Review functional specifications and other validation deliverables as assigned.
- Develops a basic understanding of industry and IQVIA-specific quality standards.
- Supports development projects based on specific instructions and with limited discretion.

Technical Skills:

- Experience on SQL.
- Experience working on Oracle PL/SQL or Postgres PL/pgSQL

Positive/Nice to have Technical Skills:

- Experience on Mongo.

Educational Qualification:

- BTech/BCA/BSc/MTech/MCA/MSc
