Engineers will develop reusable AI capabilities, integrate with enterprise systems, and contribute to a shared AI platform supporting multiple engineering organizations. While each engineer will have a primary specialization, all engineers are expected to contribute across the platform.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and operate intelligent AI agents.
- Develop reusable AI capabilities.
- Integrate with enterprise systems.
- Contribute to a shared AI platform supporting multiple engineering organizations.




- Collaborate across the platform while having a primary specialization.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience building AI or LLM-powered applications.

Required Skills

- Strong Python development skills.
- Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Experience integrating enterprise engineering tools.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with additional programming languages.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks.
