We are looking for an experienced and responsible RMC Plant Manager to manage the overall operations of our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) plant. The candidate will be responsible for production, quality, dispatch, manpower, plant maintenance coordination, inventory control, safety, and achieving daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of the RMC batching plant.
- Plan and monitor daily concrete production as per customer and project requirements.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, Quality, Transport, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure timely production and dispatch of concrete to project sites.
- Monitor raw material availability such as cement, aggregates, sand, admixtures, and other materials.
- Maintain proper production records, stock records, and daily plant reports.
- Ensure concrete production is carried out as per approved mix designs and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality/QA-QC team to maintain required concrete quality.
- Monitor plant, machinery, and equipment performance and coordinate preventive/breakdown maintenance.
- Manage plant operators, supervisors, drivers, helpers, and other operational manpower.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and workplace discipline.
- Identify operational problems and take timely corrective action.




- Control production wastage and improve plant efficiency.
- Monitor operating costs and support cost-control initiatives.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly plant performance reports to management.
- Handle customer/project-related operational issues in coordination with the Sales and Site teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Civil, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in RMC/Ready Mix Concrete plant operations.
- Strong knowledge of RMC production and batching plant operations.
- Knowledge of concrete raw materials, mix designs, and quality requirements.
- Good manpower management and leadership skills.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple operational activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily production reporting.

SALARY - As per experience and company standards Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
