- Preferred Industry: Engineering / Service Industry
Key Technical &
- Operational Skills:
- Technical Expertise: Hands on knowledge of mechanical overhauling, servicing, & testing of Compressors &
- Vacuum Pumps. Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge is required.
- Plant &
- Operations Handling: Complete oversight of daily workshop operations, manpower management, vendor management, maintenance planning, store & inventory management, customers handling etc.
- Government Officials Handling:
Primary HR compliance is handled by the corporate office, but the Plant Manager must coordinate with the corporate office for necessary actions & know how to handle local Government officials during surprise visits to the workshop.
