Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PLC Engineer (Siemens-focused) role based in Bawana. The PLC Engineer will design, program, test, and commission Siemens PLC-based automation systems for industrial processes and machinery. Daily responsibilities include developing and modifying control logic, creating and updating HMI/SCADA interfaces, and performing system diagnostics and troubleshooting in office.

The role involves collaborating with electrical design and panel manufacturing teams, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The PLC Engineer will also support system upgrades and retrofits,



provide technical support during installation and commissioning, and assist in optimizing existing automation solutions for performance and reliability. Must be comfortable for travelling for site commissioning and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

- Strong Siemens PLC engineering skills, including PLC programming, process control logic design, and machine automation.
- Experience with SCADA and HMI development, real-time monitoring, data logging, and industrial communication setup.
- 1-2 years of experience with SIEMENS PLC in Industrial Automation is Mandatory.
- Must have experience in S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200, S7-1500, Tia Portal, Simatic Manager etc.
- Knowledge of electrical automation and control systems, including basic electrical design, installation, and commissioning.
- Familiarity with control panel systems such as PLC panels, MCC/PCC panels, VFD panels, and instrumentation panels.
- Ability to troubleshoot automation systems, perform fault diagnosis, and support system upgrades and retrofits.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, P&IDs;, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work safely on-site and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in industrial automation projects and exposure to multi-brand PLC integration is an advantage.
