Role OverviewThe Plant Head will be responsible for the end-to-end leadership of the manufacturing facility—ensuring operational excellence, product quality, workplace safety, cost efficiency, people development, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations Management: Lead and manage entire plant operations including Production, Maintenance, QA/QC, Stores, Packing, Engineering, and EHS.
- Production Excellence: Ensure smooth and efficient production of:
- Desiccated Coconut Powder Dryer Process
- Pasteurised, Homogenised, UHT Process, and Aseptic Coconut Milk Filling
- Coconut Water Concentrate - Evaporator Process
- Utilities & Maintenance: Oversee process performance, equipment reliability, and preventive maintenance. Manage and optimize utilities (Boilers, Compressors, Chillers, Water Treatment, and Power).
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure product quality, food safety (FSSC 22000), and compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in yield, efficiency, quality, and cost control.
- Team Leadership: Develop and lead high-performing teams across all plant departments.
- Safety & Hygiene: Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and environmental compliance.
- Target Delivery:



Plan production targets, monitor KPIs/KRAs, and deliver overall operational excellence.

Technical Expertise Required

- Experience in the Coconut Milk Dryer Process
- Experience in UHT, Aseptic Filling & Packaging Systems
- Expertise in Coconut Water Concentrate - Evaporator Process
- Practical knowledge of Boilers & Steam Systems
- Solid knowledge of CIP Systems, SS Piping & Process Automation
- Solid understanding of Process Flow, Equipment Performance & Maintenance Systems
- Proficiency in FSSC 22000, BRC Audit / BRCGS Standards, HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety Practices

Experience & Qualification

- Experience: 15+ years of experience in Food / Beverage / Coconut Processing Industry
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
