Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, manage, and monitor detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and other planning tools.

- Track project progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and ensure adherence to project timelines.

- Generate and share MIS reports, progress updates, dashboards, and other project reports with clients and management.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.

- Monitor and coordinate MEP-related work packages along with civil and finishing activities.

- Correlate site activities with project schedules and coordinate closely with site execution teams.

- Support design management and pre-construction planning activities.

- Manage project documentation, correspondences, approvals, RFIs, and project updates systematically.

- Identify project risks, delays,



and bottlenecks and provide effective problem-solving solutions.

- Ensure proper communication and coordination among all project stakeholders.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring techniques.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and related planning/reporting software.

- Understanding of residential high-rise construction methodologies.

- Knowledge of MEP systems and coordination processes.

- Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams effectively.

Experience Requirements

- Minimum experience in residential high-rise construction projects is mandatory.

- Candidate must have completed at least one residential project of approximately 20 floors from concept to completion.

- Experience handling projects in the range of approximately 4-5 lakh sq. ft. is preferred.
